My package hasn’t arrived, should I be worried?
Orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you in a shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received your email please check your junk mail, or contact one of our customer service representatives by phone (1-844-867-5734) for more help.

14 Day Trial Customers - I ordered the trial but changed my mind – can I cancel, and how?

Trial or Subscription Customers - I've received my product, used a few doses, and don't want it – can I still return it?
It’s important to us at HexoFire Labs that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. You can return any product you’ve ordered within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less S&H), even if the bottle is empty. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
How do I return my product?
If you would like to return your product, please contact one of our customer service representatives by phone (1-844-867-5734) and we will be happy to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you instructions for returning your product. Items returned without an RMA number or marked Return to Sender will not be issued a refund.
